Burpees Optional

Burpees Optional is an exercise and workout application published by Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC and intended for adults age 18 and older.

No Account Required

Burpees Optional does not require you to create an account.

The application does not require a username, password, or online profile in order to use its workout features.

Information Stored on Your Device

Burpees Optional stores information locally on the device on which the application is installed.

Depending on how you use the application, locally stored information may include:

• Profile selections;
• Movement preferences and limitations;
• Fitness and workout goals;
• Information about upcoming events you choose to enter;
• Workout history;
• Activity history;
• Challenge progress;
• Calibration status;
• Timer preferences;
• Exercise feedback and preferences;
• Confirmation that you are an adult;
• Safety & Legal acknowledgment; and
• Other settings necessary to preserve your selections and application state.

This information is used by the application to provide features such as workout selection, personalization, progress tracking, Challenges, exercise preferences, calibration, and saved settings.

Local Storage and Security

The information described above is stored locally within the application's storage on your device.

Burpees Optional does not encrypt these local application-storage records itself.

Your device or operating system may provide its own storage protections, device encryption, access controls, backups, or other security features. Those protections are provided by the applicable device or operating-system provider and are outside the control of Burpees Optional and Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC.

Because the application's own local-storage records are not encrypted by Burpees Optional, anyone who obtains sufficient access to the device or its application data may potentially be able to access that information.

Users should use the security protections available on their device, such as a passcode, password, biometric authentication, or device encryption where available.

No Cloud Synchronization or Automatic Transmission

Burpees Optional currently provides no cloud synchronization of the locally stored information described above.

The application does not automatically transmit that information to Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC.

Burpees Optional does not currently use:

• Analytics services;
• User tracking;
• Behavioral tracking;
• Advertising networks;
• Advertising identifiers;
• Cloud-based user profiles;
• Cloud synchronization;
• Health-platform integrations;
• Apple Health integration;
• Health Connect integration;
• Google Fit integration; or
• Other automatic transmission of your locally stored workout and profile information to Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC.

Your profile selections, workout history, movement limitations, goals, Challenge progress, Activity history, calibration information, timer settings, and similar application data therefore remain on the device unless you take an action outside the application that causes device data to be transferred, backed up, copied, or otherwise processed by your device, operating-system provider, app-store provider, or another service.

Deleting Application Data

Burpees Optional includes a “Delete all app data” function.

Using this function deletes the two local application-storage records currently used by Burpees Optional from that installation of the application.

After those records are deleted, the information contained in them is no longer available to that installation of Burpees Optional.

This function applies to data stored by Burpees Optional itself. It does not control copies or information that may independently exist through device backups, operating-system services, email services, app-store providers, or other third-party systems.

Uninstalling the application may also cause locally stored application data to be removed according to the behavior of your device and operating system.

Feedback

Providing feedback is optional and initiated by the user.

Burpees Optional does not automatically send feedback, diagnostic reports, or application information to Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC.

When you choose to send feedback, Burpees Optional prepares an email for you using your device's email application.

The prepared email may include:

• The written feedback or message you provide;
• An optional reply email address, if you choose to provide one;
• The Burpees Optional application version;
• The application build version;
• The device platform;
• The operating-system version; and
• The screen within Burpees Optional from which the feedback process was started.

You are given an opportunity to review the prepared email before sending it.

The message is not transmitted to Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC unless you choose to send it through your email application.

You may edit or remove information from the prepared message before sending it, subject to the functionality provided by your email application.

Feedback Email Retention

Feedback sent to gaming_info@millsct.com is transmitted through and stored using the email services involved in sending and receiving the message.

Those email service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC may retain feedback correspondence for purposes such as:

• Responding to the sender;
• Investigating or correcting reported problems;
• Evaluating requested improvements;
• Maintaining a record of resolved technical or support issues;
• Protecting the security or integrity of the application; and
• Meeting legitimate legal or recordkeeping requirements.

As a general practice, feedback correspondence containing personal information will be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes and, absent a continuing support, security, legal, or operational need, no later than 24 months after the last substantive communication concerning that feedback.

Messages may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to address an unresolved issue, investigate abuse or a security incident, comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend legal rights, or preserve information subject to a legal hold.

Where reasonably feasible and not prohibited by a legitimate legal, security, or recordkeeping requirement, a person who submitted feedback may request deletion of their feedback correspondence by contacting gaming_info@millsct.com.

Deletion from Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC's active mailbox does not necessarily result in immediate deletion from backups, archives, transmission systems, or systems operated independently by email service providers. Those systems may retain information according to their own retention practices.

Exercise Feedback Stored Within the App

Exercise ratings, preferences, dislikes, exclusions, or similar feedback entered as part of normal use of Burpees Optional may be stored locally on the device so that the application can use those preferences in future workouts.

This locally stored exercise feedback is separate from feedback voluntarily emailed to Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC.

Locally stored exercise feedback is not automatically transmitted to Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC.

Health and Fitness Information

Burpees Optional allows users to enter information related to exercise, movement preferences, limitations, goals, workout activity, and similar fitness-related matters.

This information is stored locally as described above.

Burpees Optional does not currently send this information to Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC or connect it to an external health-data platform.

Burpees Optional is a fitness application and is not a medical service. Information provided by the application is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

App Stores and Platform Providers

If you obtain Burpees Optional through an app store or other distribution platform, the provider of that platform may independently process information associated with your use of its services.

Depending on the provider and your account or device settings, such information may include:

• Application installation or download information;
• App-store account information;
• Purchase or transaction information;
• Subscription information, if applicable;
• Device or platform information;
• Security and fraud-prevention information;
• Crash or diagnostic information; or
• Other information processed as part of operating the app store, device platform, or distribution service.

Such information is processed by the applicable provider under its own privacy policy and terms.

Burpees Optional does not represent this information as information collected by Burpees Optional or Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC merely because an app-store or platform provider processes it.

If Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC later receives or retains information from an app-store or platform provider, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate to describe that practice.

No Advertising or Tracking

Burpees Optional does not currently contain third-party advertising.

It does not use advertising identifiers or advertising networks and does not track users for advertising purposes.

Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC does not sell personal information collected through Burpees Optional.

No Analytics

Burpees Optional does not currently use third-party analytics services or analytics SDKs to monitor how users interact with the application.

Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC therefore does not receive automatic analytics about your workouts, exercise choices, Activity history, goals, or other locally stored application activity through Burpees Optional.

No Health-Platform Integration

Burpees Optional does not currently connect to or retrieve information from Apple Health, Health Connect, Google Fit, or another health-information platform.

If a future version introduces such an integration, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the information involved and how it is handled before or in connection with that functionality being made available.

Adults Only

Burpees Optional is intended solely for persons 18 years of age or older.

The application is not intended for children or minors under 18.

Burpees Optional does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the application.

If Mills Collaborative Technologies, LLC becomes aware that a person under 18 has submitted personal information directly to us, such as through a feedback email, we may delete that information when reasonably practicable unless retention is required for legal, security, or safety purposes.
